While in California we received a letter from CAT asking us to bring the coach into any local CAT repair center to correct a problem causing hard starting. Since we had experienced hard starting since we took delivery we where anxious to get it done. We dropped it off at Johnson CAT for what they hoped would be a couple of days. A week later we barely got it back in time to make our commitment in Austin, TX. and the hard starting problem was not fixed. We will have to return again to have it fixed. In order to fix whatever they did fix they had to remove the radiator. These pictures where taken while the radiator was out.
